The Console War’s Pretty Much Over By Now

Hello, future friends and enemies. *looks at date from last post* o_o; Oh geez…(Apparently, I might’ve been wrong about one of the B-day parts). ANYWHO, sorry I didn’t get the chance to post earlier; I’m still getting over the fact that I passed Geometry with a C and therefore, don’t have to retake it over the summer. -u- (That or I’m just plain lazy) So, what happened while I was gone? Well, I guess school and my 17 birthday, to be specific. o3o Gosh, I need to post here more often…

ANYWAY, with E3 pretty much out of the way now, there’s some news you might already know, but I’m going to tell you them anyways:

-Microsoft basically killed itself as a gaming company by releasing the XBox One (or as many call it, XBox Done), a console that doesn’t go backwards with games (meaning you can’t play 360 games on their), can’t play used games, and is basically a vocal remote instead of an actual gaming system
-Although I’m not sure if Sony removed the social network features to their PlayStation4, their conference announced the arrivals of the long-awaited Kingdom Hearts 3 and Final Fantasy 15. (Let’s just say many of my friends were pretty much crying tears of joy once they found out)
-In my opinion, Nintendo won, but that’s just me. o.o ANYWHO, they’re going to release a new Smash Bros. with MegaMan, the Villager from Animal Crossing (hopefully, you can choose to be female), and the Wii Fit coach as new characters! FINALLY! (Hopefully, the hacks for this game will be as awesome as Brawl’s; it always amused me how so many people made different versions of Cloud and Sephiroth) They also have news about Pokemon X & Y (including 5 new Pokemon and a new way to battle with hoardes of 5 Pokemon attacking one of yours at the same time along with Sky Battles, but that has yet to make an impression), Bayonetta 2, and other games waiting to be released/finished. -u-

Aaaaaaaaaaaaaand, well, I’d say that’s pretty much it now. Microsoft, you were good with the 360, but you really screwed yourselves over now

P.S. In somewhat unrelated news, I’m going to do a solo-run of Platinum and I want to know which non-legendary/non-uber Pokemon I should use. Mizore suggests Swablu or Houndour, and I’m highly considering those, but I’m also thinking of either Budew or Bulbasaur. o3o HALP~!

…a strange looking form of Mewtwo! Well, looking at it at first, I was basically like most Genwunners in saying, “OH MY GOD, WHAT HAVE THEY DONE TO MEWTWO!?” But I’m slowly warming up to it. (Emphasis on slowly) What’re your thoughts?

Ninfia = New Type?!

Hello, future friends and enemies. A new Eeveelution was announced yesterday and its name is Ninfia! Here is a picture:

Not bad, not bad. o3o Originally, I thought this was going to be either a Flying type (due to the ribbons) or a stronger Normal type (due to the bows), but it would appear that this is going to be a new type, Ai (Love). …Wait, they’re seriously going Captain Planet on us? LOVE? (I guess that would make sense for Luvdisc, but…WHAT). Not saying this is bad, but isn’t it a bit…girly, so to speak?

Speaking of Captain Planet, I get to adapt that series for Reader’s Theater. I’m making the Planeteers fight against a giant tortoise due to my Tortoise Tortoise joke. (Also got Spike Spiegel to say that!)

P.S. Final stuff that isn’t really important:
A. I shall get Fire Emblem: Awakening soon
B. My weekend was freaking awesome since Mizore could finally come over after being denied so many times and we hung out with my French buddy playing Twilight Princess, Sonic Unleashed, and Brawl. We made chocolate pots; delicious. -u-

Hello, future friends and enemies. Remember when the folks from Pokemon decided to make a huge announcement on January 8th of 2013? Well, today’s January 8th of 2013, so the news was revealed. Many expected a R/S/E remake, others a Pokemon Snap 2, and others the upcoming of the 6th gen. What was it?

GEN 6, FOLKS! And to bring something fresh to the table, these games will be officially 3D! LOOK AT HOW BEAUTIFUL THEY LOOK~!

My God, just look at how clean the animation is! @A@ And the best part? It’ll be launched worldwide on the same day! FINALLY, now I won’t have to wait a whole year just to understand what’s going on in the dialouge! (Now if we could only get customizable characters, an MMO, a Gen 3 remake, or a collab with Digimon, I might just die from happiness).

Now for those who are part of the fanbase who’s all “GEN 1 IS BEST GEN BECAUSE EVERYTHING AFTERWARDS SUCKED!”, open your eyes for once. ._. Sure, some of the Pokemon look “silly”, but at least try to get used to them. (And the good Pokemon definitely outweigh the bad).

Twenty and Thirteen

Hello, future friends and enemies. The year went by pretty fast, didn’t it? O_o; Yet a lot happened, so I thought it would go slower… Anywho, I think 2012 had some Chinese symbolism in it. Ya know, since it was Year of the Dragon. Many claim dragons to be frightening/terrifying while others can find them pretty tame and wonderful. We had a lot of bad moments this year (with all of the shootings and all that) where as I had some pretty sweet ones. (Like meeting Anthony from Smosh, Steve Blum at SacCon, etc.) Yeah, I know that’s a bit sad, but I had personal losses myself…

My resolutions this year are probably getting to learn how to either fight with my fists or how to use guns and as always, bettah grades. (I’m finally understanding parts of Geometry now, so that’s nifty).

And of course, rest in peace to the shooting victims, the ones lost in the war(s) we’re currently having with some of the southern or eastern Asian countries, Edd Gould, my grandpa, and a fellow student at school. May the Year of the Snake not be as deadly

Post-Apocalypse Holiday Festivities!

Hello, future friends and enemies. I assume your Doomsday was as uneventful as mine and all you saw of certain “destruction” was a rainbow before rain.

Now, I would offer a fun game to play involving this apocalypse, but it’s nearly Christmas! And with that, I shall tell you how Santa really works! Gather around the corpse-smelling fireplace and let me tell you:

Santa actually uses his Christmas magic to either slow down or completely stop time so that way, it’s much easier to travel around the world. (There’s also a possibility of him dimension travelling). He also uses this magic to wrap presents in the same wrapping paper your parents use & uses their handwriting to make it look like they did it! Also, he gets you the presents you actually want depending on how nice you actually are.

Did your minds just asplode? I hope they did; THE STAGE PRODUCTION OF THIS STORY WILL BE MUCH MORE OF A WASTE THAN THE COWBOY BEBOP LIVE ACTION MOVIE!
